Frank A. Riddick, III
Chief Executive Officer
Frank Riddick served as the initial Chairman of the Board of Directors for our company in 2012. In 2013, he agreed to provide day-to-day leadership of the company by assuming the role of our Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining FloWorks, Mr. Riddick was the Chief Executive Officer of JMC Steel Group, a leading manufacturer of steel pipes and hollow structural steel tubes from 2009 to 2013. Previously, he was a consultant for TowerBrook Capital Partners LP, a New York-based private equity firm from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Riddick was president and chief executive officer of Formica Corporation from 2002 to 2008.
Mr. Riddick earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics at Vanderbilt in 1978 and his Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 1980.
He is a member of the board of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:WWE) and former board member of GeekNet, JMC Steel Group, Inc. and GrafTech International. Mr. Riddick also serves on the board of visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.1
Herbert “Bert” Allen
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Bert Allen joined FloWorks in 2014 as our Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading and implementing strategies in the areas of organization development, staffing, talent management, compensation and benefits, and internal communications to drive business performance improvement. Prior to Floworks, he was Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for JMC Steel Group. Mr. Allen possesses extensive human resources and operations experience across a variety of industries, serving in executive roles for Express Scripts, InteliStaf Healthcare, Exelon Enterprises and Nielsen Market Research.
Mr. Allen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampton University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Senior Vice President-Chief Commercial Officer, FloWorks International LLC
Rob Beardmore was named Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer in 2016. He leads marketing for all FloWorks brand companies including brand management, print and digital marketing development and event management. He also handles all MRO account management including PVF proposals, business development and contract management for key accounts and major projects. Mr. Beardmore possesses over 30 years of experience working for national and global leaders in industrial distribution of PVF and valve automation products. Prior to his current role, Mr. Beardmore was Vice President, Valves and Automation, responsible for division sales and marketing strategy, and profit and loss management in the US and Canada beginning in 2014. Additionally, he has served in other sales and marketing positions for Sunbelt Supply Co., including Vice President, Sales and Houston Branch Sales Manager.
Mr. Beardmore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and Distribution from Sam Houston State University in 1986.
Kevin S. Boyle, Sr.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Boyle joined FloWorks in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and is currently responsible for the accounting, finance, tax and financial planning functions of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Boyle served as Chief Financial Officer of Sigma Cubed Integrated Reservoir Solutions, a services and technology provider to the oil and gas industry, providing integrated geoscience and engineering solutions. From 2008 to 2011, he was Chief Financial Officer of SPT, Inc., a marine transfer services company. Mr. Boyle also served as VP & Treasurer of American Commercial Lines, a marine transportation and manufacturing company, from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Boyle earned a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 1994 and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1997.
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Rob Broyles has served as our Executive Vice President of Corporate Development since Floworks’ formation in 2012. He has over 20 years industrial distribution experience with leadership positions in finance and operations. From 2004 to 2012, Mr. Broyles served as Chief Financial Officer of Floworks’ predecessor, the Industrial PVF Division of HD Supply. During his tenure in corporate development with FloWorks and other distributors, he has overseen all facets of acquiring 70 privately held distributors, including purchases of all of the businesses which comprise FloWorks today. Additionally, Mr. Broyles has led the divestiture efforts of company non-core assets. He also served as Assistant Treasurer Capital Markets for Hughes Supply where he led over $2B in capital raising initiatives.
Mr. Broyles holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Old Dominion University.
Senior Vice President Operations
Rick Kerrigan has served as our Senior Vice President, Operations since 2013. Mr. Kerrigan is directly responsible for leading and developing operational and purchasing/sourcing management strategies and processes that align with and support the FloWorks strategic direction and working capital requirements. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and implementing best practices across the company with focus on supplier relationship management, customer service, environmental health and safety, quality, import/export compliance, optimizing logistics and warehousing costs and driving to healthy inventory balances. Mr. Kerrigan served in a number of operations and supply chain executive roles prior to joining FloWorks, including Chief Operating Officer for Express Courier International, Senior Vice President, Global Operations for SVP Worldwide, and Vice President, Global Supply Chain for Formica Corporation.
Mr. Kerrigan earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1987.
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Suzanne Mailes-Dineff has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of FloWorks International LLC since 2014. Ms. Mailes-Dineff is responsible for a broad array of legal services furnished to FloWorks and its subsidiaries across its global portfolio, and has extensive experience in corporate, transactional, real estate and intellectual property matters. Prior to her current role, she was Senior Corporate Counsel for our company. Ms. Mailes-Dineff possesses over 30 years of combined legal experience, beginning as a paralegal before proceeding to law school. She has worked in law firms and corporate legal departments including Cooper Industries, EDP Renewables North America and Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd.
Ms. Mailes-Dineff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from La Roche College. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She is also a certified mediator.
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Kevin Teague was named Chief Information Officer in 2016. He has overall responsibility for our Information System environment with a focus on operating stability, automation of applications, end customer integration, and improved user enablement. In his previous role he focused on improving usability of our systems as Director, Business Process Automation for the company. Mr. Teague has extensive information technology management experience. Prior to joining our company he served as Global Director-SAP Implementation for Tyco Valves and Controls where he was responsible for the implementation portion of a global SAP rollout. At Tyco he also served as VP, Information Systems-Americas where he managed the entire Information systems organization and played a key role in the integration of several acquisitions.
Chairman, Valves and Automation and Sunbelt Supply Company
Larry Feld has served as Chairman, for the Valves and Automation Division and Sunbelt Supply Co. since 2015. In this role, Mr. Feld advises our CEO, our President of the Valves and Automation Division and our Chief Commercial Officer on key customer and vendor account relationships. Prior to his current role, Mr. Feld served as President, Valves and Automation Division and Sunbelt Supply Co. Mr. Feld is the founder of Sunbelt Supply Co., the principal company of our Valves and Automation organization, serving as its CEO beginning in 1978.

President, Valves and Automation
Scott Jackson was promoted to President, Valves and Automation in 2016 and is responsible for the profit and loss of the valves and automation division of FloWorks. In his previous role, he was responsible for development and management of Sunbelt’s international branches in China and Saudi Arabia as VP, International and Strategic Projects. Mr. Jackson joined our company in 2014 as Director, Strategic Projects responsible for leading strategic initiatives for FloWorks including the establishment of a joint venture in China and new branches in Saudi Arabia and Canada. Prior to joining FloWorks, Mr. Jackson delivered consulting services to Fortune 500 companies focused on the oil/gas industry as a consultant for Boston Consulting Group. From 2004 through 2009 Mr. Jackson was an Offensive Lineman for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Houston Texans of the National Football League.
Mr. Jackson holds a B.S. degree in International Business from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Roger J. Ricketts
President, Pipe, Fittings and Flanges
Roger Ricketts joined FloWorks in 2015 as President, Pipe, Fittings and Flanges. In this role, Mr. Ricketts has profit and loss responsibility for our Southwest Stainless and Alloy, J and J Alloy, and J and J Bar businesses. Prior to joining FloWorks Mr. Ricketts was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Outokumpu Stainless Pipe, Inc. where he was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy. From 2008 to 2011, he was the Gulf Regional Manager for Van Leeuwen FZE, Dubai, UAE where he had general management responsibilities in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Mr. Ricketts was Director of Engineered Products for Ryerson Canada Inc. from 2000 to 2008.
Mr. Ricketts earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and his MBA at Rollins College, Orlando, FL.
