Scott Jackson

President

Scott Jackson was promoted to President of FloWorks International LLC on November 1 of 2017 and is the leader of the various FloWorks divisions which are industry recognized leaders in the supply of industrial pipe, fittings, and flanges as well as manual and automated valves. In his previous role, Mr. Jackson was President of the V&A (Valves & Automation) Division of FloWorks where he handled the leadership and P&L aspects of Sunbelt Supply Co. and Major Inc. Mr. Jackson joined FloWorks in 2014 as Director, Strategic Projects and led strategic initiatives for FloWorks, including the establishment of a joint venture in China and a new branches in Saudi Arabia and Canada. Prior to joining FloWorks, Mr. Jackson delivered consulting services to Fortune 500 companies focused on the Oil & Gas Industry via Boston Consulting Group. From 2004-2009 Mr. Jackson was an Offensive Lineman for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Houston Texans of the National Football League. Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Rob Beardmore

Senior Vice President-Chief Commercial Officer

Rob Beardmore was named Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer in 2016. He leads marketing for all FloWorks brand companies including brand management, print and digital marketing development and event management. He also handles all MRO account management including PVF proposals, business development and contract management for key accounts and major projects. Mr. Beardmore possesses over 30 years of experience working for national and global leaders in industrial distribution of PVF and valve automation products. Prior to his current role, Mr. Beardmore was Vice President, Valves and Automation, responsible for division sales and marketing strategy, and profit and loss management in the US and Canada beginning in 2014. Additionally, he has served in other sales and marketing positions for Sunbelt Supply Co., including Vice President, Sales and Houston Branch Sales Manager.

Mr. Beardmore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and Distribution from Sam Houston State University in 1986.

Rob Broyles

Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance

Rob Broyles has served as our Executive Vice President of Corporate Development since November 2017. He is responsible for the management of various financial matters of the Company, including identification and analysis of acquisitions and divestitures, working capital, cash flow management, and real estate. Prior to November 2017, he was Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development since Floworks’ formation in 2012. He has over 20 years industrial distribution experience with leadership positions in finance and operations. From 2004 to 2012, Mr. Broyles served as Chief Financial Officer of Floworks’ predecessor, the Industrial PVF Division of HD Supply. During his tenure in corporate development with FloWorks and other distributors, he has overseen all facets of acquiring 70 privately held distributors, including purchases of all of the businesses which comprise FloWorks today. Additionally, Mr. Broyles has led the divestiture efforts of company non-core assets. He also served as Assistant Treasurer Capital Markets for Hughes Supply where he led over $2B in capital raising initiatives.

Mr. Broyles holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Old Dominion University.

Suzanne Mailes-Dineff

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Suzanne Mailes-Dineff has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of FloWorks International LLC since 2014. Ms. Mailes-Dineff is responsible for a broad array of legal services furnished to FloWorks and its subsidiaries across its global portfolio, and has extensive experience in corporate, transactional, real estate and intellectual property matters. Prior to her current role, she was Senior Corporate Counsel for our company. Ms. Mailes-Dineff possesses over 30 years of combined legal experience, beginning as a paralegal before proceeding to law school. She has worked in law firms and corporate legal departments including Cooper Industries, EDP Renewables North America and Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd.

Ms. Mailes-Dineff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from La Roche College. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She is also a certified mediator.

Kevin Teague

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Kevin Teague was named Chief Information Officer in 2016. He has overall responsibility for our Information System environment with a focus on operating stability, automation of applications, end customer integration, and improved user enablement. In his previous role he focused on improving usability of our systems as Director, Business Process Automation for the company. Mr. Teague has extensive information technology management experience. Prior to joining our company he served as Global Director-SAP Implementation for Tyco Valves and Controls where he was responsible for the implementation portion of a global SAP rollout. At Tyco he also served as VP, Information Systems-Americas where he managed the entire Information systems organization and played a key role in the integration of several acquisitions.

Larry Feld

Chairman, Valves and Automation and Sunbelt Supply Company

Larry Feld has served as Chairman, for the Valves and Automation Division and Sunbelt Supply Co. since 2015. In this role, Mr. Feld advises our CEO, our President of the Valves and Automation Division and our Chief Commercial Officer on key customer and vendor account relationships. Prior to his current role, Mr. Feld served as President, Valves and Automation Division and Sunbelt Supply Co. Mr. Feld is the founder of Sunbelt Supply Co., the principal company of our Valves and Automation organization, serving as its CEO beginning in 1978.

Joao Vaz

Vice President, Finance and Strategic Initiatives

Joao Vaz was named as Vice President, Finance and Strategic Initiatives at FloWorks in 2017. He is responsible for the development and management of FloWorks’ strategic initiatives, including its international branches in China and Saudi Arabia, and four USA branches. He is also responsible for all operational finance aspects of FloWorks. He joined Floworks in 2013 as V&A Division Controller, and then became responsible for the financial planning and analysis of overall FloWorks in 2015. He has over 15 years of industrial experience with increasing leadership positions in finance and operations.

Prior to joining Sunbelt, Mr. Vaz served in a number of roles at Tyco International for nine years, leading to overall finance and operational responsibilities for Tyco Valves Brazil where he managed its manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Mr. Vaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pontificia Universidade Catolica MG, Brazil and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
